Our volunteer Board of Trustees is a dedicated group of community leaders committed to La Posada’s mission, values and the role we play as a nonprofit community organization. Just like our mission, our trustees are dedicated to the well-being of seniors and are actively involved in monitoring our residents’ quality of life, safety, security and overall satisfaction.

The board focuses on policy governance, emphasizing strategic leadership and proactive planning for the future of La Posada. The board directs, controls and inspires La Posada through constructive deliberation and by establishing and overseeing the latest proven governing policies.

Life at La Posada at Pusch Ridge is like living on a cruise ship but I don't get seasick.   After living here for eight months we are still totally pleased with our decision to give up the big house and live a lifestyle that allows us to do the things we enjoy most.  Delicious food, gorgeous views, delightful new friends, fun activities, and the ability to travel without worrying about the yard, house maintenance or food when we return.
