Purpose in Action
At our core, we’re driven by an unwavering mission: to maximize the well-being of seniors. We believe everyone deserves to age with joy, purpose, dignity and respect. With a deep sense of purpose, we dedicate ourselves to creating an environment where every resident can live life to the fullest.
Expanding Our Vision
La Posada is one of southern Arizona’s leading nonprofit 501(c)(3) organizations. For over 35 years, La Posada has been a strong community partner in the Green Valley/Sahuarita area.
Our 130-acre La Posada at Green Valley community is home to more than 750 residents and employs more than 600 team members. As a trusted and financially stable provider, La Posada Green Valley has maintained CARF (Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities) accredited status for more than 20 years.
Now, La Posada is bringing its mission to maximize the well-being of seniors to a magnificent 80-acre site in Oro Valley. The community has been laid out to blend into the uniquely beautiful landscape in the foothills of Pusch Ridge, working with the contours and topography of the site to evoke a feeling of bringing the outside in.
